Venezuela's opposition leader and self-proclaimed president, Juan Guaido, attended Mass in the city of Maracaibo, the capital of the Zulia State. After attending church and visiting the shrine of the Basilica of Our Lady of Chiquinquira, Guaido addressed dozens of supporters who gathered to meet him.
