The wintry weather will stay to our north today folks. Here in eastern NC, rain will be likely from mid morning through late afternoon with most rain gauges averaging around 0.50" of rainfall before it wraps up around sunset. Temps will climb close to 60° by midday before falling into the 40s by late afternoon. Sunshine returns Tuesday, along with much colder air. Highs tomorrow will struggle to reach 40° with wind chills in the 20s and 30s as winds gust to 30 mph from the north. | WITN-TV
