In honor of September, remembering Paul James Battaglia, just 22 years old, who was trapped on the 100th floor of the North Tower on September 11, 2001. His final 911 call captured how calm he remained as he tried to explain where he and his coworkers were and get help to them. About 1 hour and 34 minutes after the call began, the North Tower collapsed. Paul was so much more than a voice on a recording. 🕊️❤️ #september11 #neverforget #nyc #911 #911call
