A quiet moment at home turned into something unexpected in Divide, Colorado. Mandy Campbell says she and her son were looking out the window when snow suddenly began lifting and spinning just outside their home in Teller County. The swirling column grew taller than the nearby trees and stuck around long enough to leave them both mesmerized. The National Weather Service later confirmed the rare sight was a snow devil, sometimes called a “snownado.” | WeatherBug
