To make them smaller I used brioche buns and I seasoned my ground Wagyu beef with sazon, garlic powder, onion powder, @fireandsmokesociety burgers royale seasoning and Worcestershire sauce! The grilled onions and peppers added a nice flavor and the sauce set it off! All my New Yorkers don't come for me I'm not saying this is authentic but it is an ode to bodega chopped cheeses.
