Salt and pepper to taste (1/2 teaspoon) 5. 2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 6. Balsamic glaze to drizzled 7. Crackers , crostini or sweet peppers to serve and scoop 1. Cut tomatoes in half and slice onions 2. Chop basil 3. Mix together minced garlic and 1 tablespoon olive oil. 4. Add the tomatoes, onions,
