Tesla CEO Elon Musk is supporting the conservative candidate in the race to fill a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, which could ultimately decide a Tesla lawsuit.

Tuesday’s decisive victory for the Democratic-backed candidate in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race offered a warning for Republicans that Elon Musk’s unfavorability with voters may outweigh the millions he’s pledged to spend for Republicans in next year’s midterms.
The incident occurred about 7:20 p.m. on the campus's Library Mall, according to a press release from the University of Wisconsin - Madison Police Department. The driver, David Volm, 31, of Stevens Point, drove the truck on campus just over 30 minutes before polls closed.
"Elon Musk should become Donald Trump's special envoy for midterm elections," said one Democratic Party leader.
