Two weeks after the passing of 76-year-old rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, his cause of death has been revealed. According to the death certificate cited by The New York Times, the Black Sabbath frontman died of a heart attack and coronary artery disease. The certificate also noted that the reality star suffered from Parkinson’s disease.
