Aaron Judge marked his 1,000th game by hitting his sixth homer of the season and the New York Yankees beat Pittsburgh 9-4 on Friday in the Pirates' home opener.

Aaron Judge is arguably the best player in today's game. Babe Ruth is arguably the greatest MLB player ever. Although the superstars played around 100 years apart from one another, their New York Yankees careers look quite similar through their first 1,000 games according to Bob Nightengale of USA Today.

During the Yankees' most recent game against the Pittsburgh Pirates, Judge belted his sixth home run of the season, which currently leads MLB. Impressively enough, it also meant Judge tied the legendary Babe Ruth, as they have now both hit 321 home runs in their first 1,000 games as a member of the Yankees.
