The New York Yankees opted to release Marcus Stroman on Friday. Yankees manager Aaron Boone has a strong opinion on Stroman, and he wasn't shy to share it.

Marcus Stroman had a one word message after being cut loose by the Yankees. The right-hander posted an Instagram story flashing his watch on his plane Saturday afternoon with a very brief caption: “Adios.” Stroman, of course, was released Friday after two disappointing years with the club.
