Former Gov. Andrew Cuomo is criticizing New York Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani for living in a rent-stabilized apartment. The independent mayoral candidate says if elected, he would propose what he's calling "Zohran's Law" to block higher income New Yorkers from living in rent-stabilized units.
