At least two people are dead due to widespread flooding across Oklahoma on Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management released an update on the situation across the state.

According to the weather service, on Wednesday afternoon, around 16 million people were under flood watches or warnings in Oklahoma, Texas, and Missouri.

At least one person has died in southwest Oklahoma after flash flooding hit the region, with authorities warning people to stay off the roads as severe weather warnings continue.
