The lawyer representing a woman cited for street camping while in labor looks to dismiss the case on the grounds that her constitutional rights were violated.

Charleston City Council on Tuesday night approved allocating $6.2 million for several improvement projects that Mayor Amy Shuler Goodwin proposed working on this year.
