Phoenix Fire says the scene is very active and is asking the public to stay out of the area where fire trucks are working.

More than two years after a woman was killed in a violent crash, the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) arrested the man believed to be responsible, 25-year-old Torion Bean.
