Three people were arrested on suspicion of child abuse after an autistic teen ran to a Ceres grocery store bound at the wrists with signs of other injuries, police said Wednesday.

Police in Ceres arrested 3 adults for child abuse after finding two autistic children, one injured and the other in a neglected home.

A woman was arrested after being accused of abusing her 15-year-old son, California officials said. On March 26, Ceres police got reports of a teenage boy running outside, according to a Facebook post by the police department. When officers arrived, they found him inside a grocery store with his wrists bound, authorities said.
