New York City Comptroller and mayoral candidate Brad Lander returned Friday to the very building where he was detained by ICE agents earlier this week. CBS News New York's Natalie Duddridge spoke to him and other leaders about their fears for the rule of law.

A day after New York City Comptroller and current Democratic mayoral candidate Brad Lander was arrested at federal immigration court, two members of the state's congressional delegation say they were denied access for an oversight visit Wednesday.

Mr. Lander, the New York City comptroller and a candidate for mayor, was handcuffed as he tried to steer a man past Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers.
