Houston is playing Correa at third base for the first time in his career to take over Paredes's spot. Days after the Astros traded with the Twins to bring Carlos Correa back to Houston in order to replace the injured Isaac Paredes at third base, the team offered a pretty big update on Paredes's injury status.

Carlos Correa wasn’t going to waive his no-trade clause for any other team. But when the Twins told him that they would be rebuilding for the rest of the season – and probably beyond – Correa OK’d a deal back to Houston,
