The tech giant says it now plans to invest $600 billion over the next four years, touting partnerships with companies such as Corning and Texas Instruments.

Tim Cook announced a $500 billion commitment earlier this year, including plans for a new U.S.-based factory and tens of thousands of new jobs.

The White House said the pledge would bring more of the company’s supply chain and advanced manufacturing to the United States.
