Life-threatening and destructive urban flash flooding and river flooding are likely, with some cities expected to get double their average April rainfall in just a matter of days, including Little Rock and Louisville. Any communities near any rivers or streams will be particularly vulnerable to flooding.

Severe storms are possible Sunday night into early Monday in Middle Tennessee, with timing pushed back Saturday slightly as forecasters expect an overnight event. The highest threat for strong and severe storms for Middle Tennessee is 10 p.m. Sunday through 7 a.m. Monday, according to the National Weather Service latest forecast Saturday morning.
