Instagram has made changes in recent days that appear to be aimed at attracting TikTok users while the short-video app’s future remains in limbo.
Users can now see what their friends are liking on Instagram via a dedicated Reels feed. As TikTok goes dark, Instagram also boosts the 90-second video limit to three minutes.
