Quincy is the hub for much of this weekend’s highlights. Its lineup includes the August Moon Festiva l, celebrating Asian culture; a dance party with a playlist three decades long; a Pink Floyd tribute at the Ruth Gordon Amphitheater; and the annual – and free – Kids’ Fest at Wollaston Beach.
