The National Basketball Association Developmental League (NBA G League) extended its partnership with Urban Edge Network through the 2027-28 season.

Two-time All-Star guard Victor Oladipo has joined the Milwaukee Bucks’ NBA G League affiliate. Oladipo hasn't played in the NBA since tearing his left patellar tendon while playing for the Miami Heat in a 2023 first-round playoff series with the Bucks.

Per NBA insider Jake Fischer, Oladipo has signed a contract to enter the G League player pool. Since G League rosters had to be set on Thursday ahead of opening day on Friday, players who sign into the league are entered into the player pool. Teams can file a claim for any player in the pool.

“The Wisconsin Herd, NBA G League affiliate of the Milwaukee Bucks, has acquired the returning player rights to Victor Oladipo and a second-round pick in the 2026 NBA G League Draft from the Santa Cruz Warriors in exchange for a first-round pick in the 2027 NBA G League Draft,” the G-League stated Sunday.
