Bubba Wallace was in contention to win the NASCAR Cup Series race at Homestead-Miami Speedway before Kyle Larson took the checkered flag.

The NASCAR world appears to have changed its opinion on Bubba Wallace. Over the years, Bubba Wallace has been a polarizing figure in the NASCAR world. Much of this stemmed from his "noose" incident at a garage in Talladega back in 2020.

Kyle Larson passed Alex Bowman with six laps remaining in NASCAR’s Cup Series race at Homestead-Miami Speedway, giving the Hendrick Motorsports driver the 30th win of his career at one of his best tracks.
