Levi Colwill, Romeo Lavia and Enzo Fernandez also missed training on Friday and face a race to be fit to play against Wolves. Palmer and Colwill both suffered knocks in the Bournemouth game, while midfielders Lavia and Fernandez have muscle fatigue.

Cole Palmer picked up an ankle injury while playing for Chelsea against Bournemouth on Tuesday night and it has raised doubts over his availability to take on Wolves.
