AUSTIN - Just days after the Texas Longhorns officially announced Sean Miller as their new men's basketball head coach, Xavier signee Nyk Lewis announced that he had reopened his recruitment. First reported by Joe Tipton of On3, the four-star guard received his release from Xavier.

Sean Miller made his first public comments since leaving Xavier to become the head coach at Texas Tuesday afternoon in an introductory press conference. Miller mentioned Xavier in his opening remarks.

Sean Miller, who has led teams to 13 NCAA tournament appearances, including two of the past three seasons at Xavier, will be the new coach at Texas, sources told ESPN.
