Four moderate House Republicans, defying President Donald Trump and House Speaker Mike Johnson, gave the final signatures to force a vote on extending expiring Obamacare tax credits.

Speaker Johnson rejected efforts by some Republican moderates to vote on an amendment that would call for an extension of the subsidies.
