Defense attorneys and prosecutors are starting to select the jurors who will decide whether a Wisconsin judge accused of helping a Mexican immigrant dodge federal officers broke the law.

Jury selection gets underway today and tomorrow for the trial of Milwaukee judge Hannah Dugan. She's accused of helping a man in her courtroom evade U.S. Immigration agents last April.

Hannah Dugan also sustained a loss on the issue of her official acts as a judge. The defense argued "[s]he had a legal right to engage in those acts." The court said that was for a jury to decide.
