Retired North Carolina farmer wins $2 million after buying $3 ticket at gas station

CRAVEN COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Dietrich Kilpatrick, of Dover, said he has been in every Powerball drawing for years, and on Monday, he won $2 million, according to an NC Education Lottery news release.
