The 15th annual NFL Honors is tonight, and the best players in the league will be on hand at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, California. Legendary actor Jon Hamm will be hosting the show tonight.

The annual awards show airs at 9 p.m. ET on NBC and NFL Network, with Detroit's Aidan Hutchinson nominated for two major awards including Defensive Player of the Year.

Week 18 of the NFL is here and there are four division titles and two playoff spots still to be determined on Saturday, Jan. 3 and Sunday, Jan. 4.
