GRAND RAPIDS -- A medication request by a Kent County Jail inmate who died Monday of a heart attack was dated three days earlier, jail officials said today.

KENT COUNTY – Undersheriff Jon Hess said investigators are trying to determine if proper procedures were followed before Charles Henry, 48, collapsed in the jail and later died.
