Interestingly, the name of Dr Harish Chand, who was apparently authorized by the university to serve as principal in as many as 10 colleges, also features in the list of 31 teachers.

According to the prosecution, the incident happened on December 27, 2007, when a fight broke out between two people -- Harish Chand and Ravi Shankar – during a cricket match.
