An investigation is underway after a man armed with a knife was shot and killed by Pittsburgh Police officers in the city's Greenfield neighborhood.

Pittsburgh's Action News 4 saw several police cars at the scene on Murray Avenue, near the intersection with Lilac Street.

Numerous law enforcement officers were called to the scene for a domestic incident July 7. Following their arrival, a Greenfield man was shot and killed by officers from Greenfield Police Department.
