Fox Sports took a minimal approach with their on-air graphics for the Super Bowl LIX and has divided its viewers.

The CEO of FOX, Jack Abernethy, has issued a statement on the network’s decision to air Kanye West’s controversial Super Bowl ad promoting swastika T-shirts on his website, according to Front Office Sports.

During Super Bowl LIX, Kansas City got a red background with a gold outline on the current score, while the Eagles feature the trademark “Midnight Green” and a gray outline standing in for silver. The score bug did not include team logos, a common but not necessarily requisite element in these types of graphics.
