Remasters of Ecco the Dolphin and Ecco the Tides of Time are in the works, creator Ed Annunziata has announced.

Ecco the Dolphin series creator Ed Annunziata in an interview with Xbox Wire announced he is working with the entire original team to remaster Ecco the Dolphin and Ecco: The Tides of Time.

Sega later made a sequel in Ecco: The Tides of Time in 1994 and a spin-off dubbed Ecco Jr. in 1995.
