None of 13 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement inmates in custody at Brown County Jail were arrested by ICE in Brown County, the sheriff said.

Since 2002, Brown County has had an agreement to hold federal inmates in its jail but that contract was updated two months ago to include people in ICE custody.
