BREAKS, Va. - Tucked far down some snaked-snaped streets at the Kentucky border lies the “Grand Canyon of the South.” That’s Breaks Interstate Park, open to the public since 1954.
According to the DWR, a randomly selected winner will receive a special guided elk tour with three friends and a cabin stay at Breaks Interstate Park.
