After a week of expansion buzz, PWHL Vancouver officially has their first 12 players. Five were signed during the expansion teams’ Exclusive Signing Window, while the remaining seven were picked during the Expansion Draft on June 9.

With the expansion draft complete, here are some of the biggest winners and losers (beyond the obvious) of the last week of roster building.

Vancouver chose Ottawa blueliner Ashton Bell with the opening selection of the PWHL's expansion draft Monday night, while Seattle reunited forward Hannah Bilka with former Boston captain Hilary Knight.
