While many may have hoped for a preview of summer weather over Memorial Day Weekend, forecasts showed cooler temperatures and some lingering rain on Saturday before drier and steadily warmer conditions arrive Sunday and Monday.

A large chunk of the middle part of the country will see wet, potentially stormy weather as a system moves through the Plains.

Weekend will be mostly cloudy and cool in Boston before the temperature goes up towards the end of the weekend.
