Snow blanketed portions of Ohio on Saturday, prompting some counties to issue snow emergencies, including Franklin and Delaware. According to the Ohio Committee for Severe Weather Awareness, there are three classifications of snow emergencies.
Confidence is growing in accumulating snow moving into central Ohio during the afternoon. At this time, no advisories or watches are in place, but this could be a plowable/shovelable winter event.
