The women's college basketball season wrapped up less than two weeks ago with UConn winning the national title, but the work for the 2025-26 season has already begun. Some teams are in full rebuilding mode while others are looking for one more piece to elevate their roster.

The college basketball transfer portal is open! Here are the most notable players in the portal and where they're going to play next season.

Stirtz played one season at Drake and led the Bulldogs to the second round of the NCAA tournament, winning Missouri Valley Player of the Year honors along the way. He averaged 19.2 points, 4.3 rebounds and 5.7 assists and was terrific in the postseason. Now, he is following Ben McCollum to Iowa.
