Hollins, 32, could be seen entering the stadium sans shoes and a shirt amid light snowfall. Temperatures at the stadium were around 32 degrees and were predicted to go below zero, per The Weather Channel.
The unexpected healthy scratch comes as Buffalo also loses cornerback Christian Benford, who had scored defensive touchdowns in consecutive weeks.
