There are 2 lifts to gain access to the viewing platform for wheelchair users. The first takes everyone to upper levels where the more mobile people then take the stairs. The second lift is directly opposite and will take wheelchair users to the viewing platform. There are good views during the day, however, the best views are as it goes dark at night
